Just Cuts Franchising Australia buys back Just Cuts New Zealand Master Franchise
On 2nd August 2017 Just Franchising Australia Pty Ltd owned and operated by Denis McFadden, acquired Just Cuts New Zealand Pty Ltd, taking over the New Zealand Master Franchisor. Just Cuts is the largest hairdressing group in the Southern hemisphere. The brand celebrates 27 years of franchising and 200 salons across Australia and New Zealand in 2017.
“Just Cuts Australia and New Zealand will now team together to drive the next phase of Just Cuts growth in the Southern hemisphere and beyond”, said Amber Turnbull, General Manager of Just Cuts. “We are really looking forward to maximising marketing and operational expertise across all 200 salons.” she said.
The Just Cuts New Zealand community currently includes 24 salons across the North and South Islands and 14 Franchise Owners. Across Australia and New Zealand Just Cuts provides services to over 100,000 Clients per week, employ 2,500+ Stylists and make the dream of owning your own small business a reality for everybody.
In May 2017 Just Cuts opened the NEW JUSTICE Professional warehouse and international distribution centre (IDC). “This milestone has been one of our key focus areas for the last 18 months. We launched JUSTICE Professional in 2013 with NIL sales and 14 products in the range. Today we stand in our new, custom-built, 400-pallet capacity warehouse (we outgrew the previous warehouse arrangement) in less than four years. Our range has grown to 23 products plus our new Professional Home Hair Colour range which features 20 fashion colours’. said Denis McFadden, CEO and Founder of Just Cuts.
