It will be like no other shopping centre located within the region being designed around an urban chic market theme. The design utilises natural finishes and elements with more than 450 on grade car parks creating a fresh, hassle free and convenient shopping experience.
The centre will be anchored by a 3,700sqm Supabarn Supermarket, a 1,400sqm Aldi Supermarket and will provide the opportunity for up to 30-speciality shops. Casey Market Town is positioned within Gungahlin which has a current population of approximately 50,000 people. The current primary trade area population is approximately 19,000 people and includes the residents of Casey, Nicholls and Ngunnawal; this is projected to increase to an estimated 23,500 people after 2021. The secondary trade area population is an additional 12,000 people and includes Palmerston, Amaroo and Hall.
